Inspire Vantage Inc (“AEvent”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates AEvent.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information, and your rights in that data, whether you access our services via the Site, mobile applications, or APIs.

This Policy applies to all services offered by AEvent and its affiliates, unless a service has its own privacy policy. It does not cover third-party websites, applications, or services linked from or embedded in our Site.

  • Social profile data when you connect via social media (e.g., profile name, photo, birthday, friends list)

  • IP address, browser/OS type, device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, AAID)
  • Pages viewed, session timestamps, click paths, time on page
  • Analytics, conversion tracking, email open/click data
2.3 Cookies & Similar Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, LSOs (Flash cookies), and SDKs to recognize your device, store preferences, and deliver/measure ads and content. See Section 9.

2.4 Third-Party Data

We may receive event registration and attendance data, user tags, behavioral insights, and communication preferences from third-party webinar platforms and CRMs (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar, Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign) that you authorize to integrate with AEvent.

Note: AEvent also uses behavioral signals (e.g., video watch time, CTA clicks, registration completions) to enhance automation logic, personalize timelines, and optimize follow-up sequences across event funnels.


4. Cookie Consent & Preference Management

On first visit, a cookie-consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising). You can later change preferences via the “Cookie Settings” link in our footer.


5. Data Retention

  • Account & Billing Data: Until account deletion + 7 years
  • Usage Data & Logs: Aggregated indefinitely; raw logs purged after 1 year
  • Marketing Consents: Until withdrawal + 2 years to defend claims
  • Support Records: 3 years following ticket closure
  • Timeline activity logs & integration event history: Retained for the duration of the customer relationship and anonymized afterward for aggregate analysis


6. Cross-Border Transfers & Safeguards

Personal data may be stored or processed in the U.S. or any country where we or our partners operate. For EU data, we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate protection.

10. Third-Party Integrations & Embedded Content

Many of our services rely on direct API integrations with webinar, CRM, and email platforms. While AEvent facilitates data flow between these services, each
provider maintains independent privacy and security policies. We encourage you to review them when connecting your accounts to AEvent.


11. Analytics & Performance Tools

We use third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and improve our services. You may opt out via browser add-ons.


12. Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, but due to the dynamic and personalized nature of event automation, full compliance may not be possible across all integrated systems.


13. Data Processing Addendum

A DPA incorporating GDPR, CCPA, and other requirements is available upon request for customers acting as data controllers.


14. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, we will notify affected individuals and regulators without undue delay and, where legally required, within 72 hours of discovery.


15. Updates to This Policy

We may amend this Policy at any time by posting the revised version at AEvent.com/privacy. If changes are materially less restrictive on previously collected Personal Data, we will obtain your consent before applying them.
